What does Bi-State build?

Steel buildings: self-storage, commercial shops and warehouses, farm buildings, garages and workshops. We also do the concrete for them.

Do you pour the concrete too?

Yes. Concrete is half of what we do. We pour building slabs, footings, aprons and flatwork, with or without a building on top.

What do you need from me for a quote?

The building width, length and eave height if you know them, what it will be used for, and where the lot is. If you are not sure on size, tell us what has to fit inside and we will work it out with you.

Where do you work?

We are based in Highland, Illinois.

How long does a building take?

It depends on the size of the building, the weather and how soon the steel can be delivered. We give you a schedule with the quote.
